Limestone Learning seeks a skilled Elearning Development Lead in Metro Vancouver. This pivotal role merges creative design responsibilities with team leadership aimed at delivering exceptional elearning content.

In this agile position, you’ll lead elearning initiatives while contributing to your team's growth. Ideal candidates will demonstrate extensive experience in designing learning solutions using Articulate products, with a solid grasp of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective learning experiences across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop course content aligned with instructional design principles
• Evaluate and synthesize source materials for learning objectives




• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Lead projects while adhering to established budgets
• Review and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in elearning
• Experience with LMS and SCORM standards
• Ability to troubleshoot design-related technical issues
• Strong portfolio of previous elearning projects
• Excellent written communication skills
