Starting September 11th, this role offers a blend of baking and housekeeping responsibilities. You’ll manage kitchen staff, oversee meal preparation, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Applicants must bring leadership abilities and demonstrate culinary proficiency, especially in baking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cook breakfast items to menu standards
• Oversee food preparation and kitchen organization
• Ensure a clean kitchen workplace and comply with safety regulations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff effectively
• Maintain inventory control and food cost management

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years Chef experience in remote settings
• Proficient in high-volume baking
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus
• First Aid and Food Safe certifications mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
