Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for an opportunity in Stratford, ON .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order processing, warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and logistics.

You will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Location: Stratford, ON Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM Job type: Temporary with Permanent possibility| Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Enter and update orders in inventory and order management systems.

Reconcile orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.

Maintain accurate order, billing, and shipping records.

Investigate and resolve order discrepancies.

Picking, Packing & Shipping Pick and prepare orders using pick lists and shipping instructions.

Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.

Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

Build and stretch-wrap skids for transportation.

Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and carrier documentation.

Coordinate shipments and stage orders for pickup.





Warehouse & Inventory Support Assist with inventory counts and stock verification.

Support shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, distribution, or logistics Experience with order entry, inventory systems, or warehouse management software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers for order processing and inventory updates Ability to read shipping documents, packing slips, and product information Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong organizational and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada If you''re a detail-oriented warehouse professional with experience in order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management, apply today!
