Requirements, Responsibilities and Duties:

- Providingreliable, sustainable, patient-centered digital services and stakeholder coordination.
- Deliveringservice management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation,monitorKPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services.
- Providingback-up for administrative support functions when needed.
- Offeringdedicated leadership qualities that can ensuredigital initiatives are sequenced and aligned with provincialobjectives.
- Supportingfacilitation ofstakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, and coordination across the system.
- Ensuringchange management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization.
- Acting as acentralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.

Qualifications:





- Experience with Microsoft suiteand/or SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with all levels within a large complex organization.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience effectivelyfacilitatingworkshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings.
- Excellent writing skills with experience drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
- Strong ability to seamlessly translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups.
- Knowledge of information management and information technology.
- Knowledgeof andexperience with the Saskatchewan Health care system is an asset.
- Certifications in Change Management,PMI, and/or business analysisisconsidered an asset.
