As a key player reporting to the CEO, this position merges Product, Merchandising, and Growth analytics to highlight opportunities for improvement. You'll focus on evaluating customer behaviors and product performance, playing a significant role in shaping strategic decisions. Your insights will assist in the understanding and optimization of customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own analytics for product adoption and effectiveness • Measure impacts of growth and merchandising strategies • Evaluate pricing and promotion effectiveness • Partner with teams to develop experimentation protocols • Provide recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements: • 5-7+ years in Analytics related to Product or Growth • Solid experience using data for decision-making • Customer behavior analysis capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with DTC or subscription models
