Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end hiring process with field operations leadership
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
• Utilize career fairs and networking to source candidates




• Deliver and explain offer letters to selected candidates
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements:
• 2-3 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• 4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel
• Adaptability to manage priorities under tight deadlines
