Key Responsibilities:



• Assist students with establishing academic and personal goals • Advise on course selection and career opportunities • Interpret University policies and procedures clearly • Identify students in crisis and facilitate support • Develop retention projects for current students

Requirements: • Experience working with diverse student populations • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
