Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor lab technicians and technologists
• Manage daily testing operations and sample workflows
• Conduct various geotechnical materials testing
• Maintain accurate documentation and sample logs
• Train staff on safety protocols and testing procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Technician program
• Four years of experience in laboratory testing
• Two years supervising laboratory staff required
• Current CCIL/CSA certifications or eligibility
• Strong communication and leadership skills
