CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Specialist, Organizational Development & Engagement to drive data-driven HR insights across People & Culture. Based in Ottawa or Montreal, this hybrid/telework role partners with leadership to optimize talent analytics, performance management, and language tracking.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, manage Workday data, and design surveys to measure engagement and language compliance, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
