• Assist with administrative procedures and maintain unit contact lists
• Organize and manage office supplies and inventory levels

• Track program usage data and maintain a clean workplace
• Provide support to event planning and volunteer coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in administration or customer service
• Completion of a two-year related post-secondary program
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to undergo background checks
