• Engage in trauma-informed crisis intervention • Maintain detailed nursing documentation • Work collaboratively within a diverse medical team • Provide education centered on mental health resources • Uphold Lakeridge Health's standards of care and safety

Requirements: • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum three years of psychiatric nursing experience • BScN degree is required • Completion of Crisis Prevention Training within the first month • Current BCLS certification needed
