We are looking for anEnvironment Art Outsourcing Specialistto join our team at Next Level Games!A snapshot of the role includes:

- Partnerwith ourArt Director,OutsourcingLead,LeadArtistsand SeniorManagerto ensure that ouroutsourcepartnersaredelivering content that isalignedwithour artistic vision, at theright quality standardsand respecting timelines
- Supportthe internal artteamtoensurethat all outsourced assetsmeetthe qualitystandards
- Contribute to the project byworking with thePresentationTeam, supportingassetintegration,assetcreation andidentifyworkflowimprovementsopportunities
- Partner with art productiontomaintain, track andorganizeall outsourced contentdeliverables

- Experience inmanaging outsourcing and/or co-dev teams
- Knowledge of 3Dart pipelines and workflows
- Experienceworking with3Dsoftware(Maya)

This is a hybrid role, with the first three months fully in‑studio. After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.

The hiring range for this position is $92,000 to $115,000CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
