You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic illnesses, and facing complex conditions like dementia. This permanent part-time role involves all shifts and an environment that values diversity and equity.

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and plan nursing care for diverse patient groups • Evaluate care practices within a multidisciplinary team • Provide post-surgical, cardiac, and stroke patient care • Ensure effective communication with patients and families • Participate in safety programs and regular in-service education

Requirements: • Current certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Experience in adult medical/surgical nursing • Strong organizational and communication skills • Gerontology and rehabilitation course completion
