Are you a marine industry professional with strong knowledge of outboard motors, recreational boating and marine rigging? We are recruiting for a highly specialized Product Specialist to join a well-established organization in the recreational products industry.This full time, hybrid position is based in North York and offers a salary range of $85,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.The Product Specialist will serve as a key resource for outboard motor sales, product planning, marine rigging integration and technical product support.Key responsibilities:Develop product plans based on market research, industry data and customer feedbackConduct competitive analysis of marine products, pricing, features and benefitsProvide detailed product information and ongoing support to internal sales and marketing teamsCreate training materials for dealers, boat builders and internal staffDevelop rigging sales guides,



product information guides and launch materialsWork with Parts & Accessories teams to ensure appropriate marine rigging components are available for product launchesApply MRP knowledge to improve marine rigging solutions and product availabilityProvide technical application support for government tenders and quotationsParticipate in dealer, consumer, media and industry eventsWhat we’re looking for:5–10 years of relevant experience within the recreational boating industryStrong knowledge of outboard motors, marine products and rigging systemsPost‑secondary education in a technical, research, academic or related disciplineStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systemsAbility to clearly communicate technical product features and customer benefitsExcellent analytical, organizational and planning skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s licence and Pleasure Craft Operator CardThe compensation package includes employer-paid health and dental benefits, a corporate bonus program, RRSP/DPSP matching, educational assistance and employee product programs.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built their career around recreational boating and understands both the technical and commercial sides of marine products.#J-18808-Ljbffr
