POSITION OVERVIEW: The Admissions Liaison is an integral part of the Admissions Department and serves as the primary liaison between CARD and potential CARD patients. Admissions Liaisons are expected to answer a high volume of incoming calls stemming from the CARD Admissions hotline in addition to inquiries from the Admissions Portal. Each inquiry should be handled in an efficient and effective manner answering questions, providing general information, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Admissions Liaison is also responsible for the issuing and collection of CARD’s enrollment packet & assisting families with understanding the details of their benefits.
