As Director, Commercial Small Business Solutions, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Business Advisors while driving disciplined growth, strong client retention, and operational excellence across the portfolio. This role is a hybrid role based in the Surrey, BC Head Office, with travel as required.Expected Compensation:The expected hiring range for this role is $112,000 to $140,000 based on a 35-hour work week.
