Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements for software applications.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing applications, workflows, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects.
- Perform root-cause analysis of software and production issues.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Support software testing, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT activities.
- Validate application changes against business and functional requirements.




- Monitor application performance and identify potential system improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve application-related issues.
- Support software upgrades, implementations, integrations, and releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project activities.
- Maintain application knowledge bases and support documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, reliability, and user experience.
