The Saskatchewan Impaired Driver Treatment Centre is seeking a Casual Cook to contribute to its vital food services program. You will be responsible for managing budget, preparing menus, and ensuring a clean workspace. This role supports the treatment program, requiring collaboration with the Full Time Cook and the Center's Manager while adhering to prescribed policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals, lunches, and snacks
• Manage food services budget responsibly
• Restock the pantry and maintain cleanliness
• Prepare reports on meals served and inventory
• Consult with management to improve food service delivery
Requirements:
• Certificate in Food Services Management or Journeyman Cook
• Experience in institutional cooking or equivalent training
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Secure Food Handling Certificates
• Knowledge of food services policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a treatment setting
