As a Host at La Plume, part of the Oliver & Bonacini group, you'll facilitate exceptional dining experiences by greeting and seating guests, managing reservations via OpenTable, and ensuring optimal guest flow. Your calm demeanor and strong organizational skills will shine in high-pressure scenarios, allowing you to support both Front of House and Back of House teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and seat guests in a timely manner
• Handle reservations and manage walk-in traffic
• Coordinate with teams to enhance guest flow
• Maintain cleanliness at the host stand
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests
Requirements:
• Experience in guest-facing roles an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Valid Smart Serve Certification required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
