Simon Fraser University’s Big Data Hub is seeking a part-time front desk assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in Burnaby. You will respond to inquiries, triage service requests, and provide clerical support including document typing, filing and mail distribution.
The role requires solid customer service, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with IT, facilities, catering and security to ensure smooth meetings and events.
