At IEM, the Material Handler plays a critical role in maintaining seamless production by checking kanban locations and ensuring workstations are stocked correctly. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills to manage material flow effectively. You will be responsible for picking and delivering materials while maintaining inventory levels and following safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled kanban checks for material replenishment
• Transport parts efficiently from warehouse to workstations




• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment as needed
• Verify part numbers and condition before delivery
• Operate material handling equipment, ensuring safe use
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
• Familiarity with kanban systems preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
