This field-based HR Generalist position reports to the Senior HR Manager and serves as a trusted partner to operational leaders. You will influence employee engagement, support compliance with legislation and policies, and advance workforce initiatives. Collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employment matters
• Resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently
• Coach leaders in performance and conflict resolution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of HR or Employee Relations experience
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation
