Core Duties and Responsibilities

Lubrication ExecutionApply lubricants (oils, greases, specialty fluids) to machinery according to schedulesUse proper quantities, methods, and tools (manual, automated, or centralized systems)Use ultrasonic grease gun for specific applicationsPerform oil changes, grease replenishment, and system flushingPrevent over‑lubrication and under‑lubrication Lubricant ManagementSelect the correct lubricant for each application based on Job Plans and OEM specsStore, handle, and transfer lubricants contamination‑freeMaintain Lubricant Stock and InventoryLabel and color‑code lubricants and equipmentTrack lubricant usage and inventory Condition Monitoring & InspectionsConduct routine machine inspections during lubrication roundsCheck oil levels, grease conditions, leaks, filters, breathers, and sealsIdentify early signs of wear, overheating, vibration, or contaminationTake basic readings (temperature, noise, visual condition) Preventive & Predictive Maintenance SupportFollow PM schedules tied to lubrication tasksSupport PdM programs by identifying lubrication‑related failuresHelp extend asset life and improve equipment uptimeReport findings and recommend corrective actions Equipment Care & Reliability PracticesMaintain and clean lubrication points (fittings, ports,
