In this key role, you will configure and maintain critical business applications, mostly within tax and accounting fields. Strengthen IT support processes while actively engaging with team members to ensure effective use of their technology tools. Your responsibilities will include managing support requests through ServiceNow and presenting tailored training sessions.

• Assist team members in using their technology tools daily • Deploy and configure essential business applications • Provide technical support for devices and IT systems • Help evolve IT support procedures and standards • Conduct training for enhanced user autonomy

Requirements: • Experience in customer service or IT support • Proficiency in Windows-based systems • Solid ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Bilingual in English and French required • Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours
