Job Requisition ID # 26WD100312 Position Overview The Autodesk Talent organization is seeking a Process Optimization Manager to lead Talent-wide process standardization initiatives including technology and AI adoption, enablement readiness, and measurable value realization across Talent workflows. Reporting to the Talent Chief of Staff, you will work across the Talent organization—including talent acquisition, talent development, and global mobility—and partner closely with People Insights & Solution Design (PISD), Enterprise Systems (ESE), Talent Operations, Trust, Privacy, Procurement, Finance, and functional owners.
This role will ensure that our processes support our global Talent strategy at scale and that tools and AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into how work gets done and continually optimized to improve efficiency, quality, and the experience of candidates, employees, managers, and Talent practitioners.
