The Localization Specialist ensures timely delivery of multilingual content, supports localization and product release schedules, and contributes to the Course Package Translation Service. The role requires tracking localization issues, maintaining SOPs and training materials, and collaborating with internal teams and partners. Solid project management, technical writing, problem-solving, and customer support skills are essential to ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. How will I make an impact? - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify localization gaps and resolve translation issues - Support new translation deals and project manage end-to-end delivery of the Course Package Translation Service - Develop, conduct, and track translation quality programs with internal/external stakeholders - Analyze localizability and localization workflow issues and provide innovative, optimal solutions - Develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency - Create external documentation (FAQs, blog posts, SOPs, Known Issue and Fixed Issue articles, etc.
