About the Opportunity: The Training and Instructional Design Specialist is part of the Knowledge Management and Optimization team within the Business Division and supports the development of high-quality learning solutions across a range of formats. This role focuses on delivering virtual instructor-led and hybrid training, and on creating training materials for instructor-led, hybrid, and e-learning formats.



The Training and Instructional Design Specialist works closely with subject matter experts to translate complex policy, business processes, and technical information into clear, engaging, learner-centered experiences. The role applies core instructional design principles, including adult learning theory, ADDIE, and assessment best practices, in day-to-day work to efficiently develop, manage, and enhance training content What You'll Do: - Develop and deliver training materials for e-learning, hybrid, and instructor-led sessions as well as job aids, training videos, and other training deliverables - Prepare training materials, learning environments, and participant resources to support effective learning experiences for complex policy, operational, and technical content - Reinforce learner understanding through coaching, follow-up support, and responding to learner questions - Create and update knowledge checks, quizzes, and learner activities - Collaborate with subject matter experts to continuously update and improve training materials based on business changes, learner feedback, and evaluation results - Support LMS administration activities, including course setup, learner communications, completion tracking, and reporting - Measure training effectiveness and business outcomes with a view to continuous improvement Your Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and training in a corporate, technical, or operational training environment, with direct responsibility for building and delivering training content - Instructional Design/training qualification/certification (e. g.
