As part of the Assertive Community Treatment Team, you will provide essential counseling and outreach services in Vancouver, BC. Your dual qualifications as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be vital in conducting assessments, crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that client needs are fully met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental and physical assessments for clients
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
• Collaborate on care plan development and implementation




• Facilitate access to medical appointments and services
• Assess high-risk situations to enhance client safety
Requirements:
• Current RN/RPN registration with BCCNM
• Two years' relevant experience in mental health
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle access
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and crisis intervention
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
