About the Role: We're looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team and help strengthen our accounting operations. In this role, you’ll take on our day-to-day accounts payable processes while also supporting general ledger accounting and month-end close alongside our finance team.

What You’ll Do: Accounts Payable: Process supplier payments for purchased orders, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and properly recorded. Supplier Communication: Act as a point of contact for suppliers when bill discrepancies arise — reaching out to resolve issues, handling material rejections, and securing credits or corrected invoices as needed. Vendor Bill Validation: Support the vendor bill validation process, including uploading bills and coordinating with the Operations team to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
