Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Serve food items promptly and ensure proper presentation.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs and recognizing intoxication signs.




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications (Must have smart serve license )

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service roles preferred, especially with serving or bartending duties.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and managing tabs accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Food service experience is highly desirable, along with hospitality knowledge.This role is integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied through attentive service and quality offerings. Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
