E-Commerce Operations & Customer Service Assistant

Overview

Work N Wear is seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Customer Service Assistant to support our growing online business.

This position is dedicated strictly to our e-commerce operations and is not an in-store sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining online product information, and supporting the continued growth of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

- Pick, organize, and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
- Sort and group online orders using our computer system
- Respond to customer service emails professionally and promptly
- Assist customers with order updates, shipping inquiries, and other online-order concerns
- Follow up on outstanding orders and work to resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate drop-ship orders with suppliers
- Assist with product listings and sales on online marketplaces outside of worknwear.ca
- Research new online marketplaces and opportunities to expand online sales
- Maintain accurate order, product,



and customer information
- Perform any other duties as required

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in e-commerce, order processing, customer service, product listings, or online marketplaces is an asset but not required

Interviews will be held at our Markham location on:

September 10 and 11, 2026
Between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
