We are looking for experienced English Language and Literature Tutors to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have the passion for teaching and the commitment to help students reach their full potential. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons, providing feedback to students, assessing students progress, and giving feedback to the Academy.

It is a strictly online tutoring job, which is open to qualified candidates residing in Canada and are familiar with the Alberta curriculum.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the students.
- Evaluate students performance and progress.
- Develop and maintain a positive(virtual) learning workplace for students.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student.




- Creating and distributing educational materials such as notes, assessments, and assignments.
- Participating in parent-teacher interactions(through calls, emails, texts etc.)
- Assigning and evaluating homework, projects, and tests.
- Teach English Language and Literature to students from Grades 1 to 12.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an English and Literature tutor in Canada
- Has experience in tutoring English language arts and Literature to grades 1 to 12 students.
- Has an outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be resident in Canada
- Experience in online tutoring is required
