Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Shingler / Roofer. This role involves hands-on construction and maintenance work, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing for at least 3 years (junior), 5 years (senior) as a shingle installer.

Duties

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform various construction, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate project execution
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and durability of structures
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
- Assist in general duties such as tear off, prep work and site cleanliness, clean up
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work workplace
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards,



with a positive attitude.

Experience

- Proven experience in roofing, shingle installation to high quality standards. Higher pay rates available for experience with wall flashing / metal installation craft experience, siding experience, skylight installation, etc...
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial construction sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for success in this role
- Must have Working at Heights or be willing to obtain
- Must have or be willing to obtain all appropriate PPE and basic hand tools

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
