Job Description

The Order Integrity & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and secure packaging of outbound customer orders. This role serves as a final quality check before shipment, verifying order accuracy, product condition, packaging, and labeling to minimize shipping errors, damages, and operational waste.

The Specialist works in a high-volume fulfillment environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality while following established packaging, safety, and workstation standards.

What you’ll do:

- Verify picked items against digital orders to ensure SKU, quantity, and product condition accuracy before shipment.
- Perform final order audits to identify and correct picking, inventory, labeling, or product discrepancies.
- Select appropriate carton sizes and packing materials to ensure secure product protection and productive use of packaging space.
- Apply appropriate dunnage and packaging techniques to minimize product movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and fulfillment errors, and support corrective action processes.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of packing supplies, including cartons, tape, labels, and dunnage materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
- Follow established procedures for product protection, secure sealing, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Meet or exceed hourly packing and fulfillment targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including proper ergonomic techniques and safe handling practices.

Key Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in packing, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of safe product handling and packaging procedures.

- Knowledge of dimensional weight (DIM) and how packaging decisions can impact freight costs.
- Experience with 5S workplace organization principles.
- Previous experience in a high-volume order fulfillment or distribution environment.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with openings on both the 6:30am – 2:30pm and 2:00pm – 10:30pm shifts.
