Warehouse & Production Worker – Full-Time- Mississauga

- Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Path to permanent hire with a raise.
- Pay: $17.60/hr to start | Wage increase upon permanent conversion
- Overtime after 44 hrs/week | 4% vacation pay | Weekly pay, direct deposit

Job Description

We're hiring production workers for a growing manufacturing team in Mississauga. If you've worked in a warehouse, a factory, or any fast-paced hands-on job, you already have what we're looking for. We'll train you on the rest.

Your day looks like this

- Hands-on production and light assembly work
- Building components from diagrams and written instructions
- Checking your own work for quality before it moves on
- Hitting daily production targets alongside your team
- Keeping your station clean and safe

The work is detailed and repetitive — you'll be assembling small electrical components used in automotive circuits. No electrical background needed. If you can follow a diagram carefully and stay consistent through a full shift, we'll teach you the product.

What we're looking for

- At least 6 months in warehouse, production,



manufacturing, or similar physical work
- Comfortable with detailed, repetitive tasks for a full shift
- Able to follow instructions and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and on time — that matters more to us than anything on paper
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work full time in Canada
