We are a busy, well-established Italian bistro in the Kensington area looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Salad Prep team member to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen setting with the possibility for growth into prep cook or line cook responsibilities over time.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas
- Assisting with salad and cold prep station
- Basic food preparation including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Keeping prep and storage areas organized
- Assisting cooks and chefs as needed during service
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
