Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales Representative to work for our Inside Sales Representative – Brandon, Manitoba. In this permanent, full-time role, we are looking for a driven team member, who shares our champion's mindset and values. The successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of the team

Responsibilities:

- Good instincts for sales and building relationships with customers
- Driven and results-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with a strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team player with the ability to do what is necessary in the interest of providing exceptional customer service





Requirements:

- Receiving and accurately processing orders
- Providing customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirements
- Analyze and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Assisting in developing project bids
- Creating and maintaining customer records
- Other duties as assigned
- Metal/Steel Knowledge an asset
- A post-secondary degree is preferred
