Renovation Workers – 2 Positions Available

NextReno is a well-established construction and renovation company offering steady job opportunities and competitive compensation. We are currently looking for 2 experienced renovation workers to join our team.

We are looking for skilled, dependable individuals who are comfortable working on a variety of residential renovation projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Interior Framing – Experience framing basements, bathrooms, partition walls, and other interior spaces is required. Knowledge of structural framing is an asset but not required.
- Drywall – Strong experience with drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing is a must.
- Doors & Trim – Experience installing interior doors, baseboards, casings, and other finish carpentry is a must.
- Tile Installation – Experience installing tile on floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers is a must.
- Plumbing Finishes – Basic knowledge of installing toilets, faucets, vanities, sinks,



and other plumbing fixtures is an asset but not required.
- Painting – Experience with interior and exterior painting, including proper preparation and finishing, is a must.
- Exterior Siding – Experience installing vinyl, brick/brick veneer, or metal siding is an asset but not required.
- Concrete & Paving – Experience with concrete work and paving is an asset but not required.

We are looking for experienced renovation professionals with solid, verifiable industry experience, a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Applicants should be comfortable performing multiple renovation trades and working independently when required.
