What You’ll Do:

Estimating / Sales:

- Conduct onsite consultations with clients across Victoria to provide accurate and detailed painting quotes.
- Guide clients through their journey to have their homes or businesses painted.
- Educate clients on the advantages of hiring a professional team to care for their assets.
- Measure and assess interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, using advanced tools like laser measures.
- Evaluate project scope, surface preparation, and client needs to deliver transparent and professional estimates.

Production Hand-off:

- Successfully transfer acquired projects to the Office and Field Teams.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and painting teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Handle client requests and inquiries regarding submitted quotes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Background in the painting industry or sales (experience in estimating or project management is a bonus).
- Fast learner comfortable with software, mobile devices, and laptops.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative demeanor.

Schedule:

- Day shift / Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed / On call

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Secondary School (required)
- Experience: Painting Estimator (1 year preferred), Sales (1 year preferred), Painting Industry (1 year preferred)
- Language: English (required)
- Licence/Certification: Valid Driving Licence (required)
- Location: Victoria, BC (required)
- Work Location: In person (Victoria, BC)
- Expected Start Date: Flexible / Negotiable depending on applicant availability.
