Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and merchandised. Your role will be fast paced, in a fun and positive environment. We are a family owned business that has set high standards for almost 40 years.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Assist in merchandising products effectively to enhance visibility and sales
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette and e-mail language skills when handling customer calls or inquiries.




- Use of social media is an important aspect of being successful in this career.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- The ability to work without supervision is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in basic math skills is required.
- Proficiency with computers is required.

Pay: $2,800.00-$8,500.00 per month
