Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen workplace. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly.
- Support banquet operations by ensuring that all serving items are cleaned promptly after events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.




- Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Experience in bussing tables or serving is beneficial for understanding kitchen operations.
