About us

We are an international HR, placement & immigration company, and our goal is to provide HR, placement & immigration services to potential international candidates.

Our RCIC's will provide legal assistance to people wishing to move to Canada.

A candidate's information shall be provided, and the RCIC will write a template assessment with recommended visa paths/programs for the candidate.

At a later stage, a complete file with needed documentation shall be provided to the RCIC, who shall process and submit the client to the IRCC and work to obtain a positive result where possible.

Some legal consultation on specific cases may also be needed.

Responsibilities:

- Process assessment requests within 48 hours (not including weekends).




- Respond to inquiries concerning immigration.
- Answer questions concerning Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare applications for visas, work authorization, advance parole, travel documents, naturalization, and asylum.
- Provide legal advice to immigration practitioners on best practices for communicating with clients in immigration proceedings.
- Be in continuous contact with the company's head of legal services.
