We are building our snow crew for the 2026/2027 winter season and are looking for reliable, hardworking people to join us as on-call snow shovelers.
Starting Wage: $23/hour with increases once reliability has been shown.
$34.50/ hour overtime after 8 hours.
$25/day on-call availability pay on designated on call days.
3 hour minimum pay when called out.
SEASONAL: Approximately: November through April.
Responsibilities
- Shovelling and clearing sidewalks, entrances and other designated areas.
- Working alongside our snow removal crew at residential and commercial properties.
- Early mornings, evenings and weekends - depending on snow fall.
- Being available to report within 60-90 minutes when scheduled on call.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable - if you're scheduled on call, we ned to be able to count on you.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in cold temperatures and shovelling snow.
- Comfortable working in winter weather.
- Reliable transportation to get to work
- Available for variable, weather - dependant hours.
