Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Grill Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious grilled dishes that meet our high-quality standards. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, food safety, and excellent food service will help ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals every time they visit. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks to support efficient kitchen operations




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
- Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially grilling methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality and safety
