We are hiring Order Picker/Packer candidates for direct hire opportunities in a clean, organized manufacturing warehouse environment in Oakville, close to Winston Churchill Boulevard and the QEW. The Order Picker/Packer will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately using RF scanning equipment. Key Responsibilities

- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to warehouse procedures.
- Move, stage,



and organize inventory safely within the warehouse.
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details to support shipping accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and shipping personnel.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
- Day shift rate: $18.20 per hour.
- Afternoon shift rate: $18.20 per hour plus $1.75 shift premium, totaling $19.95 per hour.
- Annual salary range: $37,856 to $41,496 per year.
