Job Summary

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Helper and In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in completing construction projects efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and attention to detail will help ensure that each project meets high standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of construction, from metal & woodwork, all types is siding installation, sundeck vinyl etc.

Duties

- Assist with cutting and handling material on site .
- Handle hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
- Operate heavy equipment when trained and authorized, assisting with site preparation and material transportation.
- Perform restoration work, painting, caulking, cutting and organizing materials in site and handing it over to the installer at site




- Requirements
- Prior construction experience or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites.
- Solid physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
