Job Scope

- The Bl analyst is responsible for executing business intelligence initiatives on region and turning data into business insights that support Region analytics and initiatives.
- The role gathers and analyses data, builds reports and dashboards, and partners with business stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPls).
- Working closely with business analysts and data engineer that optimize data accessibility and usability.
- This role requires strong hands-on expertise, individual capabilities, and a collaborative approach to support data-driven decision-making at scale across the organization.

Responsabilities

- Work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and KPls.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., in Power Bl) to support enterprise-wide analytics.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and identify opportunities, risks,



and root causes.
- Maintain and document metric definitions, data logic, and report specifications.
- Monitor data quality, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with data engineering to resolve issues.
- Provide insight and recommendations to business teams and leadership through clear storytelling and visualization
- Contribute to following Bl best practices, standards, and governance across the organization.
- Visit Overseas offices when necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of proven experiences in Bl analyst role, or similar analytical related roles.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases/ data warehouses.
- Hands on experience with at least one Bl tool (e.g., Power Bl, Tableau); Power Bl preferred
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts (star schema, fact/dimension, KPls, measures), with ability to work with large datasets
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills and continuous self-improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python/R is a plus.
- Proactive and able to drive changes.
