Plumbing experience is not required.
We care far more about attitude, reliability, and how you treat customers than what you already know.

We’re looking for someone to support our day-to-day workload, free up senior staff, and grow into a role where they can eventually handle certain jobs independently.

What You’ll Be Doing (Especially at the Start)

- Riding along with us and learning how we do things
- Assisting with residential and light commercial plumbing work
- Keeping the work truck clean and organized
- Helping track stock and materials
- Providing general job-site support
- Learning tools, systems, and customer service expectations

Over time, the goal is to train you to confidently handle certain jobs on your own.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Physically capable of hands-on work
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes
- Open to eventually being on-call
- Interested in building a long-term career in the trades
