Sharif Fitness is a premium boutique fitness and wellness studio in Ajax, bringing together strength training, movement, massage therapy and physiotherapy services.

We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist who values thoughtful care, meaningful client relationships and collaboration. This is an opportunity to develop your practice within an established fitness community where recovery is an important part of the client experience.

Work with clients who have a range of goals, from managing muscular tension and supporting recovery to staying comfortable and confident in everyday movement.

Your role

- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice.




- Deliver massage therapy that reflects each client’s needs, preferences and goals.
- Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
- Educate clients on appropriate self care and treatment recommendations.
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Coordinate with other professionals when appropriate to support continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, prepared treatment space and follow infection prevention practices.
- Communicate reliably about availability, appointments and client follow up.

What we are looking for

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A thoughtful approach to consent, boundaries and client confidentiality.
- An interest in movement, recovery and working with an active client community.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
- Consistent availability and a commitment to dependable client care.

Compensation

Based on a percentage split of treatment fees.

Newly registered and experienced RMTs are welcome to apply.
