Vancouver Island Foot Care Nurses
Canada
Location: Victoria, BC
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a low-stress, lifestyle-focused role with flexible, self-directed daytime scheduling, greater independence, and meaningful one-on-one work with regular clients?
Vancouver Island Foot Care Nurses is currently hiring for both mobile and clinic-based foot care positions in Greater Victoria. Depending on your interests and availability, you may apply for either a clinic-based position at our Cook Street Village location or a mobile position providing care in clients’ homes and residential facilities.
Our practice is focused on routine, preventative foot care in a calm, supportive environment. Nurses work independently day to day, while having administrative and clinical support available whenever needed. Clear systems and streamlined processes help keep the role simple and organized, including efficient documentation suited to routine, low-acuity care.
We also provide one-on-one, hands-on training through a structured onboarding program designed to gradually build your confidence with our practice model, equipment, systems, and procedures. This training is intended to prepare you to work within our practice and is not a standalone foot care certification.
Overall, the role is a great fit for nurses looking to step away from high-acuity or high-pressure settings and enjoy a more relaxed, relationship-focused style of work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage of $42.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience, performance, and ongoing contribution to the practice
- Both part-time and full-time opportunities available, with the ability to increase hours over time if desired
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients for mobile nurses
- Bonus opportunities
- No union dues
